1. KNOWLEDGE TEST: After you review the instructions below, you will need to take the knowledge test. (See knowledge test button below). You are able to review the course materials at any time during the test. After you have completed the test, your answers will be automatically graded for your review. You will need to score a 70% or higher on the test in order to receive your Certificate of Completion and Certification Lab Coupon. Please note that the Certificate of Completion and Certification Lab Coupon are required for attendance at the Certification Lab.

2. QUESTIONNAIRE: After you have passed the test with a 70% or higher grade, it is asked that you fill out a short questionnaire to give us your review of the course materials.

3. CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION: You will need to confirm your Username and Password in order to print out your Certificate of Completion and Certification Lab Coupon. Please have your information available and have your printer turned on.

4. SIGN UP FOR A CERTIFICATION LAB: You can review at any time the information regarding our Certification Labs and Upcoming Lab Schedules by clicking on the Certification Labs button on the left hand navigation bar.
